KingCast open letter to Daniel Pearl Freedom of Press Act author Adam Schiff and President Barack Obama regarding Senator Kelly Ayotte Free Press lawsuit; Wikipedia coverup & censorship.

Dear Honorable Statesman Schiff and President Obama:

I am honored to write you and pleased that you share the same commitment to Free Press as I do. The Daniel Pearl Freedom of Press Act is a crucial development on the International landscape, yet it is somewhat ironic that we take basic Free Press principles for granted here in the U.S.. The Democrats have been quite reasonable when it comes to me, as noted in my press picture at the Obama/Deval Patrick rally and at an earlier Deval Patrick rally (watch the video) but there are problems coming from the Republicans and Tea Party people:

Here is an entry I filed on Wikipedia today after some people on Wikipedia seemed unsure as to why it is important that all reporters are granted access to publicly-advertised political rallies that are held on commercial property subject to substantial State and Local licensing and regulation. GOP and Tea Party racists and haters of Free Press cannot selectively deny media access on viewpoint and race-based criteria pursuant to NAACP v. Thompson,  648 F.Supp. 195 D.Md.,(1986), as I noted on this Statewide Public Access television program Capitol Access TV Episode 142Meanwhile, Wikipedia removed this post in an act of outright censorship:
===Free Press===
The Nashua Telegraph is the State's second-largest newspaper according to Wikipedia. The newspaper noted that Christopher King "" was escorted out by the police at a GOP/Joe Arpaio rally after he attempted to interview Kelly Ayotte at a publicly-advertised political rally. Mr. King has sued Friends of Kelly Ayotte, New Hampshire and Nashua GOP and Nashua Police Department for being refused admittance to that event and two other GOP events. The case is before the New Hampshire Federal District Court. Among the legal questions the suit could potentially raise is whether a private gathering that vigorously seeks media coverage can bar or expel some reporters but not others.
Direct link to Plaintiff's lawsuit in KingCast v. Friends of Kelly Ayotte, GOP and Nashua PD, U.S. Dist. NH 2010-CV-501, and direct links to Plaintiff's Memoranda in Opposition to some rather specious Motions to Dismiss. Videos are embedded in the documents and at the end of the Memoranda hosted on wepapers.

Direct link to Plaintiff's 28 U.S.C. §455 Motion for Disclosure as Defense Counsel Jack Middleton was Judge Landya B. McCafferty's boss and Kelly Ayotte's boss, as a founder of McLane, Graf et al. It is widely believed that this firm, which donated generously to Senator Ayotte in her campaign run, also directly helped Her Honor in her ascension to the Bench that occurred earlier this year. This association was not disclosed to Plaintiff when it certainly should have been, particularly as outgoing Magistrate Judge Muirhead -- himself a McLane, Graf Disciple -- served as a mentor to Judge McCafferty in the transition. That doesn't smell right, but then again neither does the fact that Kelly Ayotte won't disavow any support she receives from online house of hate "Niggermania," who said my case "smells like a nigger," watch the video.

Read these threatening emails from Defense Counsel and my response set them on their tuchii; note that they tried to remove Jack Middleton from the chain but I put him right back in there.

Perhaps these are some of the reasons why U.S. Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan's staff is following my Tweets and well they should: This case is headed straight for them. As someone who has worked for the government as an Assistant Attorney General and as someone who has written for and edited large and medium-sized daily and weekly newspapers I will not be denied my Fundamental Right to attend and report, and to gather and to disseminate information just as the Plaintiff's won in NAACP v. Thompson,  648 F.Supp. 195 D.Md.,(1986),

Here are the Defendants' cited cases that don't amount to a hill of beans. They are not on point and wholly irrelevant to the factual and legal backdrop of this case:

For example, on the First Amendment claims Nashua PD cites to State v. Dupuy, 118 N.H. 848 (1978), a case that does not involve political rallies at which some members of the media were allowed but not others. Dupuy was a trespasser at a nuclear power plant -- not a political rally attended by other invited reporters. And Defendant's cited case of Kay v. NH Democratic Party, 821 F.2d  31 (1st Cir. 1987) fails because Kay was attempting to barge in and take a place on the podium, and Plaintiff already agrees that such activity is not supported by law. Again, in the political context the NAACP cases are most instructive, and the same exact holding would be contemplated by  Invisible Empire of the Knights of the Ku Klux Klan, Maryland Chapter v. Town of Thurmont, MD. 700 F.Supp. 281 (1998).

Lastly, here is the YouTube video relative to the myopic efforts of Wikipedia to eliminate any discussion of Senator Ayotte's stance on Free Press.

The wikstupidia tools are at it again. This time it is yet another excuse when someone following the issue (whom I only met last month) who agrees with me attempted to post to the "talk" forums, a place where they put things they hope will go away. They locked this individual out for a whole MONTH because s/he dared to support the KingCast position, and s/he assured me that no zombie programs were used at all, just a concerned citizen trying to post.
Another would-be poster (Fourth Estate) sent me these attempts to edit but the vermin scumbag hypocrite sellouts removed all of this as well. This all begs the question: Who is really running the Internet and who is paying or threatening or influence-peddling wikipedia to bury this issue?

KingCast asks, "Where's the Go-to-Hell letter from Friends of Kelly Ayotte, GOP and Nashua PD?"

Well sports fans, remember the original journal entry on this matter from three (3) days ago in which I requested that Defendants follow through with the formal letter they promised, when they said they were going to have the Court spank me for asking about the level of contacts between McLane, Graf and Judge McCafferty?
Still nothing.

Good Day Counselors:
I reiterate my concerns relative to your promises to forward me a formal letter as to why you believe my Rule 11 Motion for Sanctions is subject to Rule 11, and why you believe you are entitled to Attorney Fees relative to my Demand for Disclosure and my Memoranda in  Opposition to your Motions to Dismiss.
I personally spoke with the case manager yesterday and informed her that I may be inclined to withdraw the Rule 11 Motion for Sanctions and I told her that I was waiting for the formal letter you promised on that matter (and which is required before you file for Sanctions) before I withdraw it.
I note that I filed the Demand for Disclosure on 10 December, 2010 and as such, your responses relative thereto would be due forthwith. You may not think it matters that Jack Middleton was Judge McCafferty's boss, or that Kelly and Attorney Parent worked at the same firm, and that Judge McCafferty has ongoing contacts with members of the same firm, but I do..... and so does every single attorney I have spoken with about this matter.
It should have been disclosed, period. And the failure to do so only adds to the appearance of partiality.
Please advise.

KingCast laughs as Wikipedia says the Nashua Telegraph is not a good enough secondary source for Kelly Ayotte information, but the Littleton Courier is.

I'm speechless. These guys are ridiculous. They show up and trash talk me, but I'll bet you a scant few of them has ever worked for a large daily newspaper or edited a large weekly newspaper. And who the hell is this person in Manchester NH who is apparently on the Wiki Board of review? Do they have a conflict of interest? Inquiring minds want to know but the bullshit is going to stop. Other people will submit the same information and then let's see what happens. They will probably lock the forum; I'm making a YouTube video about this, so there you go. Stand by your position if that's how you're going to be, guys.

So the Nashua Telegraph isn't good enough for you? I will notify their staff immediately. But you said in another post that the Littleton Courier was good enough and the Telegraph dwarfs the Courier. And you expect the Union Leader and WMUR to run stories about this lawsuit? Please. Nor have they run any coverage of Liko Kenney's lawsuit. Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan's staff is following my Tweets, unsolicited. But of course that means nothing to you either. DId the Mayor of Nashua ask what major press was covering my efforts before he and the Aldermanic Chamber presented me with a Mayoral Commendation, the closest thing Nashua has to a key to the City? Hell no.
So in the end, there you are waiting for the mainstream press to legitimize a story about alternative press being denied equal access. Wow. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Free Press KingCast (talk • contribs) 18:57, 23 December 2010 (UTC)
Ah, here we come to the problem. You ask above "You don't think it's newsworthy that the GOP thinks it can pick and choose what reporters to allow" -- it may very well be newsworthy, but we're not writing a newspaper, we're writing an encyclopedia, which has a whole different set of criteria for inclusion. --SarekOfVulcan (talk) 19:10, 23 December 2010 (UTC)
It is newsworthy because it is the position of Kelly Ayotte, as Friends of Kelly Ayotte is a named Defendant, DUH. Wiki is here to note her positions on major issues, and the Free Press is a major issue the last time I checked, or are you telling me otherwise my friend? Stop the nonsense. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Free Press KingCast (talk • contribs) 19:20, 23 December 2010 (UTC)

Spineless Wikipedia fokkers violate their own guidelines to censor negative Kelly Ayotte facts from First Amendment fokker

In this journal and over at Kelly Ayotte Wiki journal one can see that I've been having a tete-a-tete with the folks from Wikipedia regarding accurate yet politically-damaging information about a certain dirtbag U.S. Senator, that fokker and big business dupe Kelly Ayotte.

Well when you read that first linked post you can see from the screen save that Wiki gave me several guidelines about posting that I clearly followed for both of the above posts, which were stricken without comment. All I noted was the ongoing litigation and the FACT that Kelly Ayotte does not believe that all reporters should have access to her publicly-advertised rallies that occur on commercial property subject to State licensing and permitting. And I provided a reference from a daily newspaper from the second-largest or largest city in New Hampshire, as the Wiki fokkers told me to do. One day I would like to meet these fokkers in a public debate about this but that will never happen because if they're too scared to post a simple article they would never leave themselves open to a KingCast video noting their gutless nature.

You newbies take note: Three years ago then-Alderman Fred Teeboom and I won the challenge I initiated to open Nashua School Boards for public comment on personnel matters because I don't accept any bullshit from anybody, and I'm a very careful and calculating First Amendment Fokker.

Or as Kanye would say, "Let's have a toast for those douchebags."

KingCast sees MBF Leasing lawsuits proceeding all over the Country, but big business dupe and racist NH AG Kelly Ayotte ignored my complaints about these scumbags.

And I do mean scumbags. MBF Leasing are absolute scumbags, but I guess Kelly Ayotte didn't care about my complaint against them here as noted in the Kelly Ayotte legacy post in NH because (mutually inclusive):
1. I'm black and she is a racist.
2. The victims I tried to help are largely Indian.
3. She is a big business dupe, look at her contributors.
4. She is a big business dupe, as noted by the fact that at least one of her $10K plus contributors, Taxmasters, is being sued by the Texas AG watch the FOX News video.
Clean up Washington and back door politics, please.

And this two-bit hypocrite had the nerve to go after Paul Hodes for accepting Charlie Rangel's money, gosh she is a loathsome creature.

Final Amended Complaint of Just Film, Inc. v. MBF Leasing, Read the 29 November 2011 Decision quite favorable to Plaintiffs (link coming)  and watch this 2009 WABC video out of New York, "Class Action Anger."
Kelly Ayotte makes a horrible choice for a U.S. Senator, and her legal staff isn't pleasing me too much either, just a bunch of folks from McLane, Graf busy influence peddling with its former staff attorneys, some of whom are presiding over my Free Press/Racial lawsuit, KingCast v. Friends of Kelly Ayotte, GOP and Nashua PD NH Dist. 2010-CV-501 (Complaint + Pending Memoranda.
And given what I do as an online documentary film maker, I will be in touch with Just Film tomorrow. I miss the days of BW film photography.
I can't believe Kelly Ayotte is allowed to present herself as such a great family person -- look at her website picture, throwing her children into the political fray -- when her political values repeatedly lack integrity and her hatred of Free Press and Open Government is antithetical to everything we teach children in school. And she lets bad cops assault and terrorize women, even with a knife. She sucks. This post is my Holiday Gift to America, for more on Kelly run her name on my YouTube channel KingCast65.

KingCast set to appear on NH Capital Access TV with Denis Goddard and Lydia Harman; discussion on KingCast v. Ayotte, GOP & Nashua PD and other Civil Rights and Media matters.

I've got to finish my Memoranda Contra Motions to Dismiss and my Motion for Rule 11 Sanctions today in KingCast v. Friends of Kelly Ayotte, GOP and Nashua PD2010-CV-501 so that will be an all day project, but meanwhile I have to figure some things out. Capital Access is a high-quality show and I am thrilled to join the ranks of State Rep. Vaillancourt, Attorney Kirk Simoneau, forer U.S. Treasury wonk Bob Bestani, U.S. Senate Candidate Jim Bender, activist and videographer Carla Gericke, (remember Maryland biker Anthony Graber and gun-toting Trooper David Uhler?). If a trooper cleared leather like that on me across the dash of my Ninja he'd be facing a lawsuit I'll say that much.

And I roll video of LE all the time, here's one in Mass, they look me up and know better than to charge me with that bullshit, they've already made their run on me and lost it years ago when I was NAACP Legal Chair in Southern NH.

Anyway yah, I just got the invite, have to work on the timing as Scott Hyman's case (video) FINALLY has a hearing after he and his former neighbors prevailed to the tune of $1.7M against the Hemlock Association in Lakeville, MA after the urine, feces, busted windows and Swastikas came to town. Now the stall game comes with Motions for New Trial and JNOV, when the objection set forth by the Defense Counsel actually point to possible malpractice, if anything. If Richard Serkey didn't want testimony coming in about the Bad Acts then he should have objected but I'm 99% certain he didn't. Anyway, all dude wanted to do was build a house on a quiet island and chill, and they screwed him mercilessly, someone burned him out of his nearby home, and FOX-TV stopped covering the case, but I had a copy of their old coverage and used it with attribution, hahahahaaaa....

KingCast presents Londonderry's Jason M. Archambault: Another example of Police violence against women and youth, protected by NH AG and local cops.

Interview: Olivia Klaus Films Domestic Violence Victims Imprisoned by Silence.

That is Mandy Van Devens' brilliant piece about the new Olivia Klaus film that contains my comments, including this link to relevant video and some, but not all of NH AG Kelly Ayotte's coverups for physically abusive men, specifically licensed police officers. Read the comments for the Archambault report.

As a former AAG I find it appalling that the American Architecture of Justice permits such activity, but this journal entry shows that Senator Kelly Ayotte, as former NH AG, has no shame.

Behind the Blue Wall is also a great site.

Nashua Telegraph explains why Republican City Committee Chair Dennis Hogan told the GOP "KingCast is a troublemaker."

It's because I, as a Man of Vision, had enough bullshit from Nashua Public Officials at the School Board who were involved in Unconstitutional First Amendment Restrictions, so I drafted a lawsuit and made them have an emergency session in order to see things my way.

My Free Press and racial litigation against Dennis Hogan's gal pal Kelly Ayotte is going to travel the same arc, only slower. But hey, I'm in no hurry, they're the ones burning up all the money, some of it taxpayer money for the Nashua PD defense. Anyway, listen to Dennis at :55, nice. Also with Di Lothrop and Dennis Hogan letting me in to the rally, it totally eviscerates their specious arguments that I was out of line in temperament. These people will try ANYTHING to avoid doing the RIGHT THING.

YouTube Review of Niggermania support of Senator Kelly Ayotte: No violation, Mr. King.

And I'm going to keep on winning, watch it Right Here.

On Thanksgiving Day KingCast gives thanks to friends, family and the fact that NAACP LDF, Ralph Holder, Michael Holman, and KingCast are all showing U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte to be a deceitful rogue Senator.

DRAFT -- Final text with video later this evening.
So here's the Original Use of the term "Thanksgiving," just a massacre of 700 American Indians at Massachusetts Bay. Pretty fowl, huh?

Plenty of folks over at the NPR Story "Who Brought The Turkey? The Truth About The First Thanksgivingrecognize it as foul too, as my comment has the greatest number of recommends, and that is from people who don't even know about my Free Press lawsuit against Kelly Ayotte, KingCast v. Friends of Kelly Ayotte, NH Dist. 2010-CV-501. More information and analysis in the Frederick Douglass journal entry.

But what's more foul is the fact that NH AG cum U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte and her NH Law Enforcement cronies have found ways to violate most of the major victories that the NAACP has won since they started suing bigoted Government officials. We're talking about NAACP v. Button and  NAACP v. Thompson,  648 F.Supp. 195 D.Md.,1986 on First Amendment issues and Brown v. Board of Education347 U.S. 483 (1954) aand the related case of Palmore v. Sidoti 466 U.S. 429 (1984) on racial discrimination in schooling.
Brown was about putting an end to state-sponsored and state-approved racial oppression.....
-Edward Lazarus, Esq.
To see the Full Extent of Foul, read this post, which contains the following quote relating to Ralph Holder's documented history of state-sponsored and state-approved racial oppression:

“In A.J’s best interest I recommend that he attend the Burnham School in Haverhill (MA)….Furthermore, the issue of diversity is real.   A. J. would likely find it lonely being the only Black child in a school in NH.  He has a rich Black Heritage of which to be proud.  He can share with and learn from other children of his color and it can enhance his growing up years in numerous ways.  In Haverhill (MA), he has that opportunity far more that it exists in NH.” –Patricia Frim, Esq., Court Appointed Guardian ad Litem, 07/14/03

What else should I expect given that Senator Kelly Ayotte wouldn't even say "I object to racism" in response to my lawful inquiry caught on video in response to the Niggermania website's support of her. But at least I am thankful to know people involved with the progressive arm of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, which has a spiffy new website, great design and function. I'll be in contact them about the affront to these established paradigms of Law and Policy brought by one Senator Kelly Ayotte and her merry band of pranksters; I give thanks for having that opportunity.
And I give thanks to Patriots all across the country, especially over at ArrestaJudgekit/We Expose Local Corruption (YouTube Channel), who is busy busting on another bad Senator:
Those of us who actually endeavor to do something more than sit on the sofa and complain about corrupt government officials need to stick together and be thankful for the opportunity to do so, despite the built-in headwinds that we face. and KingCast65/Save the First Amendment YouTube: Reel News for Real People.

KingCast presents: Derek Soucie vs. Jeremy Tetrault, another dangerous, negligently-hired, trained and supervised cop, just like Norman Bruce McKay.

At the outset I will note that the violations of pursuit policy and excessive force from 2007 ring true in the Liko Kenney lawsuit, 2010-CV-181 from 2007 that nobody is writing about..... and NH LE Jeremy Tetrault clearly violated the State Rules on pursuit again in February 2010, and he did it because Kelly Ayotte never investigated Tetrault's or Bruce McKay's pursuit violations in 2007 because she is a Right-Wing Fascist Pig who protects bad police, as I have been noting for years now.

Seacoast Online's Elizabeth Dinan, another NH LE abuse victim, covered this year's car crash debacle after a Judge denied access to the files and Governor Lynch signed a law exempting State-owned (but not municipal vehicles......). Wow, I was out of town this summer during most of these proceedings, glad to be in the loop now though. New Hampshire protects Law Enforcement way too much, and it goes back to the Dow Murders, when Dick Down undoubtedly murdered his wife and adoptive son and got away clean in 24 hours.

Note further that there is no record of the NH AG's office disciplining this jackass when he clearly could have killed someone over 3 women on a crack binge that I told you about back on 10 Feb. 2010 in this News of the Weird entry.

On Wed, Nov 24, 2010 at 7:02 PM, Christopher King <> wrote:
I'm reading the Soucie Complaint now on Pacer, perhaps I will post it later, for now enjoy the book signing session with Casey Sherman, retired Franconia LE Bradford Whipple and Yours Truly. Unlike Liko Kenney's complaint, which I will definitely post soon, it is not a specific complaint so nobody's going to learn much be reading it, basically an excessive force case. Apparently the cops involved either shot and/or tazered a man in a felony stop after it was clear he was not a flight risk.

Anyway, the NH AG Office covers up the truth about these situations, in the Michael Paulhus case AG cum U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte allowed violation of miranda and destroyed evidence when Nashua Cops fired into a van, and that's a FACT, ready the Paul Erwin Kish Forensic Report, after which the Civil case was settled at $80K; the Union Leader called it "hush hush"

Sunday, November 21, 2010

KingCast informs the U.S. Senate and SCOTUS Justice Kagan: Senator-Elect Kelly Ayotte and Jeff Strelzin lied about the Michael Paulhus shooting documents they had.

And of course Kelly Ayotte continues to hate free press and KingCast telling you these facts, so she threatened to arrest me 3 times so now she is facing this lawsuit with the rest of her GOP and Nashua PD buddies.

And Liz Dinan, author of this piece, knows all too well about Kelly's band of legal pranksters, Kelly let Fred Hoysradt off the hook after he assaulted her after knockin' back a coupla' Captain Morgans, yah.

As noted in this KingCast video:

Liz I hope you sued,

The Ben Beauchemin factor: A KingCast reminder on Law Enforcement's ownership of U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte.

Even the Union Leader wrote "Witness: Officer got off easy," just as I noted in this video about alcohol-drinking, female reporter-assaulting tool Fred Hoysradt. Here is the original 23 Jan 2009 journal entry on this alcohol-drinking, car-rolling, leaving-the-scene cop who eventually got fired, and it started like this......

"Remember when I told some of you knuckleheads in this post that NH AG Kelly Ayotte was a shill for bad policing?"

Add it to the Fred Hoysradt file, and remember that Kelly Ayotte admitted to Ralph Holder in this 23 June 2009 letter that her office never prosecutes or takes any administrative action against Law Enforcement. And as we know from my Open Letter to Judge Holloway over in the 10th Circuit, it gets even worse than that: Kelly Ayotte and her merry band of legal pranksters conjure up criminal cases against strident black men who complain of clear cut Civil Rights violations of Palmore v. Sidoti and Brown v. Board of Education, and lies and deception by the NH Bar Counsel that Guardians ad Litem were not subject to ethical review.

Some of this was the handiwork of hastily-retired U.S. Marshal Stephen R. Monier.Get your flu shots early this season, I hear an epidemic of swine flu is raging in New Hampshire.
